Alison Gower P.E.
Project Manager
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Alison holds a Professional Engineer certification and has degrees in both Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and Mathematics from Emory University. With over six years experience in local and regional transportation issues, Alison leads teams to develop innovative solutions to traffic and parking challenges. Her work on behalf of numerous Atlanta projects and over twenty Development of Regional Impact Study submittals is a unique quality of the BDR platform and serves to enhance the comprehensive solutions the BDR team provides.

Brad Higdon AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
Vice President
Bradley is an architect and project manager with 17 years of planning, design and project management experience. His background with large, complex project types is focused on academic research and healthcare facilities. A LEED Accredited Professional, Bradley actively promotes an owner’s interest toward incorporating sustainable practices through sound planning principles and innovative technologies.

Don Hellein
Senior Program Manager
With 13 years of design, development, and construction management expertise, Don has a broad spectrum of project management experience including biomedical laboratories, research laboratories & vivariums, housing, infrastructure, and athletic facilities. He has in-depth knowledge of construction logistics for large, complex projects typical to many college and university campuses where congestion is an issue. He has been involved with several LEED accredited projects and understands how to successfully evaluate and implement sustainable practices through the use of sound planning principles and innovative technologies.

Elizabeth Eyler
Administrator
Elizabeth, a native of Atlanta, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Mississippi with a specialization in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration. Elizabeth has nearly three years of experience in the healthcare field working in marketing and graphic design. Her broad expertise in social media campaigns, development of tangible marketing materials, website design, and composing feature articles and press releases allows her to effectively and precisely communicate with any audience.

Emily Gossett MBC
Vice President
Emily’s 16-year career in facility planning and construction has equipped her with a diverse background in planning, project management, and construction management. With an emphasis in healthcare, her consulting experience includes both inpatient and outpatient facilities for healthcare clients throughout the Southeast. In addition, Emily has also provided construction and project management for multiple large-scale hospitality and resort projects.

Hector Morales
Senior Program Manager
Hector is a civil engineer with over 20 years experience in the design and construction management field as a Design Engineer, Owner, Facility Manager and Program Manager. With an emphasis in both public and private institutions of higher learning, he has expertise in managing projects related to academic facilities, student life, housing, campus planning and infrastructure projects. In addition, he has experience with public park and recreation projects along with administrative and judicial facilities.

John Barnes MBA
Principal
With 20 years of project and development management experience, John promotes an owner’s interest in facility planning and project implementation. As an officer in the US Navy and subsequently throughout his career, John has led multi-disciplined teams to integrate principles of financial planning, cost-management, design, and construction to achieve their business goals.

Kim Cook M. Arch.
Vice President
An Architect, Interior Designer and Project Manager with over 15 years of industry experience, Kim’s expertise includes strategic planning, design management, and project management for complex projects. She has concentrated experience in highly specialized hospitals, including pediatric hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and specialty clinics. Beyond healthcare, Kim has experience in K-12 Schools, and development projects supporting Not-for-Profit organizations.
