With over 22 years of experience in helping design, build and support complex structures, John’s leadership and collaborative philosophy is at the cornerstone of BDR. Leveraging a Masters in Architecture (Georgia Tech) and a BS in Interior Design (FSU), Kim brings over 19 years’ experience in strategic planning, design and project management. Kim’s multi-faceted expertise includes multi-campus pediatric hospitals, academic medical centers and specialty medical projects (Gamma Knife, Linear Accelerator, ICU’s, Interventional OR’s, Emergency Departments), ambulatory surgical centers, medical office buildings, as well as K-12 institutions and non-profit clients. She is also experienced in medical equipment planning, Information System integrations and pre-development strategies. Aaron’s expertise with in coordinating operations, scope development, sustainability, cost projections and design consulting ensures that the implementation of complex projects are delivered effectively and that maximum value is provided for the clients’ facility investment. Aaron also leverages a certification in Quality Commissioning Processes and is a LEED accredited professional, as well as a registered professional engineer in North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Illinois.

She has in-depth experience in medical equipment planning, purchasing and procurement processes, and equipment coordination with the design and construction team. Alison is also a seasoned project manager who has successfully relocated over one million square feet of lab, clinical and large-scale office space projects. In addition is her ability to analyze and optimize transportation, noise, wayfinding and parking impacts for active, high-volume campuses.

An astute financial and scheduling manager excelling in preconstruction, Anna brings this experience to all planning, design, construction and transition management efforts. Also an expert in LEED, Anna has led three LEED Gold projects as well as multiple LEED certified buildings.

Brint is also a featured speaker on sustainable housing projects having managed a $299M student housing project that obtained LEED Gold and a $32M housing project obtaining LEED Silver. Brint has proven expertise in programming, planning, feasibility studies and master planning.

Graduating Summa Cum Laude from NC State’s School of Architecture, David is a master planning expert for large, complex structures and campuses. He is extensively trained in all aspects of CAD and BIM design and review; which greatly aids in our ability to streamline and accelerate the planning and construction phases of large, complex projects (400,000+ SF) for our clients. David’s expertise also includes strategic site and facility assessments, transition planning and move management.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, Kelly provides a unique set of clinical, operational development and medical equipment planning expertise to our clients. She brings 17 years of experience providing direct patient care within the emergency and critical care areas, as well as 10 years industry experience within the medical equipment and healthcare manufacturer industries. Kelly's collaborative leadership approach, along with her healthcare strategy development experience play an integral role in her ability to successfully optimize and implement efficiencies into a diverse range of facility projects. Kelly also shares her passion within Lukas’ Fund, a nonprofit organization, where she has served as a board member for the last 13 years.

Earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Dayton, Kevin brings over 8 years of experience specializing in the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure projects for healthcare & education facilities. Kevin is a proven leader in managing complex infrastructure replacement projects. Many of those projects involved replacement of critical equipment and services while the facility they serve remain open to continue serving patients and staff. Kevin also is experienced in various phased occupied interior renovation fit outs, and medical equipment installations. Kevin is Health Care Construction certified, as well as a member of ASHE and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Candidate and re. Kevin also has previously served on the Lean Six Sigma Council for Grady Health System.
