Expansion and renovation of a 192,285 SF patient tower and emergency department with a $125 Million budget

Project includes 70,000 SF of new construction and over 100,000 SF of renovations to the Emergency Department, Surgical Platform, and Central Sterile Supply. Program elements include:

• A new main entry with a canopy and a two-story lobby
• 64-bed patient tower
• 35,136 SF of new and expanded Emergency Department
• Increase from 35 to 50 treatment rooms including two trauma rooms
• 16 new Operating Rooms
• New Central Sterile Processing Area
• New Pre/Post, PACU, and support areas
• Renovation of two floors of Medical/Surgical Unit to 64 private patient rooms
• Relocation of mechanical space
• Covered parking on the first level
• Structured for two additional floors to accommodate future beds
• Two new service elevators
