

Expansion of a 450,000 SF patient tower and construction of new pedestrian bridges and underground parking deck with a $400 Million program budget
BDR Partners has provided planning, programming, project management, and
staff extension services for over $400 million of capital projects, totaling more than 615,000 SF of space across Emory Healthcare’s multi-campus system. The central element of this program was a new bed tower expansion to increase inpatient beds, diagnostic, and treatment capacity for Emory Healthcare’s flagship hospital.

BDR successfully accrued over $14 million of savings from the original tower project, allowing for additional projects that are now ongoing throughout the new tower shell space and existing hospital.
