2016 Fayette Encore Leadership Program

BDR team member, Emily Gossett, gave an overview of the on-going hospital construction project at Piedmont Fayette Hospital’s annual Encore Leadership Program. Participants gathered to learn about relevant healthcare issues, options and involvement within the Fayette community. The hospital expansion project overview consisted of updates on the program scope, schedule, design review of specific services encompassed in the new patient tower, as well as the operational efficiencies that will be gained with the expansion project.
