BDR Presents Owner’s Perspective to Georgia Tech Class

On March 11th, the students in Scott Jones’s masters course were able to gain insight on the Owner’s side of project management.  John Barnes was invited to present the Owner’s Work Perspective to the Project Management masters course at the Georgia Institute of Technology. The presentation included project specific case studies and examples, actual coordination schedules, project photographs and other details & thought development. John’s presentation enabled the students to develop an understanding of the project management responsibilities required to successfully manage challenges & milestones to deliver the Owner’s vision and goals for the project.
