GASFA Lean Kia Plant Tour

Webb attended the GASFA Spring Summit event on April 22nd, where he was able to tour and gain insight on the lean practices of the Kia Manufacturing Plant. The full day conference included updates and presentations from the Georgia Building Authority, the Governor, and the Georgia Peach Review Committee. The plant tour was the highlight of the day, as Webb was able see the innovative production process and benefits associated with the utilization of lean practices.
