PAH ICU Red – Medical Equipment Planning

An essential element to any clinical project is the establishment of a streamlined strategic plan needed to successfully coordinate and implement all of the medical equipment into the space. To ensure an on-time project delivery of the ICU west renovation at Piedmont Atlanta, it was imperative that the BDR team execute a plan to identify, examine, select and procure all of the medical equipment, as well as exceed the standard requirements for an ICU unit to provide optimal patient care.
