Speaking Engagement at University of Tennessee
Updated: Jun 4, 2020
This January, Jesse Fraiser gave a lecture to the Professional Practice Class at the College of Architecture and Design at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Jesse’s predominant goal was to illustrate the value of the whole team involved in a construction project. In doing so, he described strategic facility planning and project management, and how each are integral to the success of a project. The class was especially engaged with Jesse’s lively discussion of the world of project management. The lecture led to an informative question and answer session, with Jesse answering a myriad of student questions ranging from how to convey bad news to a client to determining authority matrices for project decisions and to how to sell services to potential clients and develop a firm’s business.
